Esskay Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that the Company proposes to publish the Audited Financial results for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2008 within the stipulated time of June 30, 2008. Hence, the Company is not publishing unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 as well as year ended on March 31, 2008.
