Euro Gold Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, have decided to change the financial year of the Company to the period from April 01, 2007 to June 30, 2008 for this year, both day inclusive, and the subsequent ‘financial year’ of the Company be changed from July 01, 2008 to March 31, 2009.
