Filmcity Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 10, 2008, have accorded its consent for Merger / Amalgamation of Filmcity Communications Technologies Ltd with the Company, subject to approval of Shareholders, High Court and any other authority as may be requited, in terms of the schemes to be prepared hereinafter.

Board has authorized Managing Director to appoint Various Agencies / Professionals in this reference.
