First Leasing Company of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2008, has re-appointed Mr. Farouk Irani as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from June 18, 2008, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
