Gemini Communication Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2008, inter alia, has decided the following:
1. Have recommended the dividend of 15% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
2. Have recommend to split the equity shares of Rs 1/- each from Rs 5/- per share.
