Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to Publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended / quarter ended March 31, 2008 instead of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
The Audited Financial Results shall be published within the stipulated period of 3 months that is on or before June 30, 2008.
