GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Committee of the Board will be held on June 06, 2008, to consider allotment of Equity Shares consequent to conversion notice(s) received / to be received for conversion of FCCBs at a conversion price of Rs 53.04 per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated November 24, 2007 for issue of U.S. $ 300,000,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012.
