GTN Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:
“The Company has not made any adjustment in respect of Revised Accounting Standard 15 - ‘Employee Benefits’ applicable to the Company with effect from April 01, 2007 which, as mentioned in note 3 of attached financial results, would be given effect to at the year end. In the opinion of the management, it may not have significant the impact on the results for the quarter.”
