Haldyn Glass Gujarat Ltd has informed BSE that the Company - an ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 organisation already having 165 Tones per day capacity Glass Container Plant situated at Village Gavasad, Padra, Dist. Vadodara March 06, 2008, has fired another Furnace with 100 Tones per day Capacity as per Company’s Expansion and Diversification Plan. The commercial production will commence in the third week of March 2008.

The Project Cost of Rs 32 Crores is financed by Term Loans from Industrial Development Bank Ltd and State Bank of India, Contribution by Promoters and from internal Accruals.

The new Plant will cater to requirements of Flint Glass, Coloured Glass Bottles and bottles required by Cosmetics Industry.
