Harsh Polymers India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has to publish its unaudited results within one month from the end of the financial year, i.e. on or before April 30, 2008 or Audited results within 3 months from the end of the financial year i.e. on or before June 30, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company intend to publish its audited results within stipulated time i.e. on or before June 30, 2008, instead of unaudited results.
