Impex Ferro Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Boards of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2008 has constituted a committee of the board of directors to be known as Remuneration Committee for determining on their behalf and on behalf of shareholders, the Companies policy on specific remuneration package of the executive directors. The Remuneration committee comprise of three directors as member. All the members of the Remuneration committee are Non Executive & Independent director.
