India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2008 has recommended 20% dividend. The dividend will be declared by the shareholders in the AGM to be held shortly and shall be paid to the shareholders of the Company.
