IndiaNivesh Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2008, inter alia, to accorded the following:

1. To discuss and approve the acquisition of Krishnadeep Marketing Services Pvt Ltd and make it a 100% subsidiary of the Company.

2. To discuss and approve the acquisition of 5,000 equity shares of IndiaNivesh Management Consultants Pvt Ltd (INMCPL) representing 48.54% of the total paid-up share capital of the Company thereby making INMCPL a 100% subsidiary of the Company.
