IndiaNivesh Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008, inter alia, has accorded to the following:

1. Acquisition of entire share capital of Krishnadeep Marketing Services Pvt Ltd (KMSPL) and consequently KMSPL to become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

2. Acquisition of remaining 5,000 equity shares of IndiaNivesh Management Consultants Pvt Ltd (INMCPL) representing 48.54% of the total paid-up share capital of the Company and consequently INMCPL to become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
