With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 31, 2008 about the commencement of Wind Generation of Power from its 9 Mw projects at Chitradurga, Karnataka, effective March 29, 2008 at 5.00 p.m. onwards, Indowind Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed the Power Purchase Agreement with BESCOM (Bangalore Electricity Supply Company), for 18 Mw on April 02, 2008.
