Indus Fila Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To take on record the Unaudited Quarterly Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.

2. To consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. Tulip Apparels Pvt Ltd with Indus Fila Ltd along with valuation report.
