Indus Fila Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider the proposal for acquisition / merger / amalgamation of M/s. Tulip Apparels Pvt Ltd, an apparel contract manufacturer based in Bangalore.

2. To discuss on the ways and means of corporate restructuring involving merger / amalgamation and other related matters.
