Info Edge - Grant of Options
Info Edge India Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board at its meeting held on April 30, 2008, approved a grant of 292,200 options to employees @ Rs 948 per Option (each option representing an equity share of Rs 10 each). The options have a vesting schedule between two to four years from the date of grant.
The exercise of options would require issue of fresh capital to the ESOP Trust at appropriate times and would therefore utilize part of the limit of 818,857 new shares already approved for the purpose by the Shareholders in their meeting held on March 26, 2007.
