Infosys Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 15, 2008, inter alia to consider the following:

1. The audited financial results of the Company as per Indian GAAP for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2008.

2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian GAAP for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2008.

3. The consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per US GAAP for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2008.

4. To recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2008.
