INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that at the Compensation Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors, held on March 01, 2008, the committee has approved the applications of 10 employees for exercise of 42,320 options vested in those employees pursuant to ILL ? Employees’ Stock Option Scheme ? 2006.

Subsequent to the above approvals, 42,320 Equity Shares were transferred from the Inox Leisure Ltd ? Employees‘ Welfare Trust to the said employees.
