Insecticides India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50/- per equity share (15% on an equity share at par value of Rs 10/-) for the year ended on March 31, 2008, the payment is subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
