Insecticides India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2008, inter alia, to consider for approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2008 & recommended final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2008, subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.
