Insecticides India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has sifted the project of phase - II as described in Prospectus from Bhiwandi, Rajasthan to Dahej, Gujarat due to increase the cost of industrial land and more time spent to taken permission from various Govt. Authorities.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has acquired land in Dahej, Gujarat at low cost as compare to Bhiwandi, Rajasthan and would be available raw material in the State of Gujarat on low prices.
