Integrated Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will furnish the Audited Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 within three months from the end of  Financial Year i.e. up to June 30, 2008 instead of furnishing un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
