Intra Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 15, 2008 to consider change of control / management of the Company and to take on record transfer of shares offered by shareholder of Intra Infotech Ltd as well as shares of Share Purchase Agreement dated September 25, 2007 pursuant to the open offer made by the Fortune Buildprop Pvt Ltd to the shareholder of Intra Infotech Ltd under Regulation 10 & 12 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers), Regulations 1997 [SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 1997.
