Intra Infotech - Outcome of Board Meeting
Intra Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 14, 2008, has approved the following resolutions:
1. Accepted resignation of the Auditors of the Company, M/s. Dinesh Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
2. Appointed M/s. A C Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountants as new auditors in place of resigned auditors subject to the approval of Shareholders in General Meeting.
3. Fixed the date to convene Extra Ordinary General Meeting on May 14, 2008 and approved its notice for the purpose of appointment of new auditors in place of resigned auditors.
