Inwinex Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 10, 2008, inter alia, for the following purpose:

1. Approval of the draft Scheme of Reconstruction and appointment of Advocates for the Scheme.

2. Approval and issue of Notice for the Postal Ballot program for the purpose of creation of mortgage / charge on the immovable property of the Company u/s 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 as per Postal Ballot Rules, 2001.

3. Appointment of Scrutinizer for conducting postal ballot.
