IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that consequent upon the disinvestment of Corporation’s shareholding in the Company, Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (PSIDC) has withdrawn the nomination of Sh. Yogesh Goel as Director of the Company, which was accepted by the Board on March 18, 2008.
