Ipca Laboratories - Change in Directorate
Ipca Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company held on March 21, 2008, Mr. Premchand Godha has been re-appointed as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years w.e.f. April 01, 2008, subject to the approval forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The term of appointment of Mr. M R Chandurkar as the Managing Director of the Company is coming to an end on close of business hours of the Company on March 31, 2008. Mr. M R Chandurkar, who will be of 70 years of age on April 05, 2008 has informed to the Company that he would not like to be re-appointed as the Managing Director of the Company. However, he has offered to continue as the Non-whole-time Director on the Board of the Company.
