IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has informed BSE that in the limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007, the Auditors of the Company have made the following observations:

“Attention is invited to Note No. 4 forming part of the Unaudited Financial Results regarding the Company’s claim for the benefits of Rs 952.40 Million which are in appeal and for which no provision has been made for reasons explained therein.”
