Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 07, 2008, inter alia, has appointed Shri. Jayanta Kumar Basu, Shri. Gaurav Mathur and Shri. Manoj Banthia as the additional Directors w.e.f. February 07, 2008.

Further the Board has also appointed Shri. Vivek Chhachhi and Shri. Supratim Banerjee, as the Alternate Directors to Shri. Jayanta Kumar Basu and Shri. Gaurav Mathur respectively, w.e.f. February 07, 2008.
