Jai Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2008, inter alia, has recommended the appointment of Messrs. S R Batliboi, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as the Joint Auditors along with the re-appointment of Messrs. Chaturvedi & Shah, the incumbent auditors.
The appointment and re-appointment are subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
