Jaihind Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on June 30, 2008 had decided to postpone the Extra Ordinary General Meeting referred herein above in connection with the issuance of 2000000 (Twenty Lacs) Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis as per SEBI Guidelines.

The aforesaid meeting will he now held on August 25, 2008.
