Jainco Projects India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has opted that the audited results for the entire year ended on March 31, 2008 will be publish in the specified format within the time stipulated instead of publication of unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended on dated March 31, 2008.
