Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2008, inter alia, has re-appointed Mr. S K Arya as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from June 10, 2008 on remuneration, terms & conditions (subject to the approval of the members at the forthcoming annual general meeting and central government, if any required).
