Jayshree Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that State Bank of Bikaner And Jaipur (SBBJ) has nominated Shri. Purushotam Das Agarwal, Deputy General Manager of SBBJ on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 31, 2008, in place of N V L Ratan, whose nomination has been withdrawn.
