Jet Airways India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 24, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008, and also the Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2008.

2. Recommend dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares for the Financial Year 2007-08.
