Jindal Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 22, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider month wise from April 2007 to March 2008 of the Company.

2. To consider Unaudited Financial Results of 4th Quarter of the Financial Year 2007-2008.

3. To consider to increase the rent on the leasehold land.

4. To note progress report for project under implementation.
