Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 26, 2008 to consider, inter-alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2007

2. To recommend the payment of dividend to the shareholders for the above year; and

3. To consider the issue of securities on preferential basis to the Promoter(s).
