JJ Exporters Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 23, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results, Directors Report and Report on Corporate Governance for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To recommend final dividend, if any, on Equity Shares.
