Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has passed the order of delisting of JMA Industries Ltd (Scrip code : 520026) (Now known as Hella India Lighting Ltd) from BSE. The order is available on website of SEBI. At the time of delisting offer through reverse book building the exit price was determined at Rs 52.39 which was accepted by the acquirer - Padmini Engineering Private Ltd.
