Jog Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2008, inter alia, has decided to place the appointment of M/s. M V Lonkar & Co., Chartered Accountants at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the duly appointed statutory auditors, M/s. Joshi & Sahney, Chattered Accountants; for the approval of the members.
