JSW Steel Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes in the Company’s Directorate:

A) Nomination of Mr. V Madhu, IAS, as Nominee Director of Karnataka State Industrial Investment & Development Corporation Ltd (KSIIDC) in place of Mrs. Sobha Nambisan, IAS :

KSIIDC has vide its letter dated June 13, 2008 nominated Mr. V Madhu, IAS, as its nominee Director on the Board of the Company with effect from June 13, 2008 in place of Mrs. Sobha Nambisan, IAS.

B) Appointment of Mr. K Vijayaraghavan as an Additional Director:

Mr. K Vijayaraghavan has been inducted as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. June 16, 2008.

C) Appointment of Dr. Ajay Shah as an Additional Director

Mr. Ajay Shah has been inducted as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. June 16, 2008.
