Jubilant Organosys Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Special Committee of the Board of Directors held on February 13, 2008, allotment of 198,441 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a premium of Rs 272.0648 per share has been made to Swiss Finance Corp. (Mauritius) Ltd., on conversion of a part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds amounting to US $ 1,250,000.
