K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2008, accepted and took note of the resignation of Mr. Ashok Pamani and Mr. Rajiv Malhotra from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. May 26, 2008.

Further, the Board has appointed Mr. Sanjay Lai as the Director of the Company w.e.f. May 26, 2008.
