Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 22, 2008, in pursuance to the Order of the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, have unanimously approved the amalgamation of M/s. Doongursee Diamond Tools Ltd with the Company (i.e. Kamanwala Housing Construction Ltd) by way of a Special Resolution. Accordingly, the Secured and Unsecured Creditors of the Company have approved the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation. The necessary steps are being taken to file petition with the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay in due course of time.
