Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on May 31, 2008, has allotted 1,41,050 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Stock Options granted under the Kotak Mahindra Equity Options Scheme 2005 as under:

- ESOP Plan Series 2005/01 : 98,050 equity shares
- ESOP Scheme Series 2005/04 : 40,000 equity shares
- ESOP Scheme Series 2005/06 : 3,000 equity shares.
