LN Polyesters Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 14, 2008, inter alia, to Consider and Approve the Extension of the Financial Year of the Company from March 31, 2008 to June 30, 2008.
The proposed Financial Year Extension is being done since the operations of the Company after Relocation / Acquisitions of new facilities at Silvassa and Vapi are still under stabilization.
