Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 13, 2008, has may raise funds from international market upto US $ 200 Millions through issue o GDRs / ADRs / FCCBs / OFIs and / or to raise funds from local market upto Rs 840 Crores through Q.I.P. mode.
