Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Arvind Apte, Independent Director of the Company has expressed his desire to resign as the director of the Company.
The Company has accepted his resignation consequently Mr. Arvind Apte ceases to be a Director of the Company effective from April 01, 2008.
